What credit score do I need to rent a property?
We require a credit score of 600 or higher for all of our tenants. Credit checks will be run after the tenant(s) submit application(s) & pay all necessary fees.
How much income do I need make?
Perspective tenants must earn a combined household monthly income equal or greater than 3x the monthly rent.
Do you charge an application fee to rent a home?
Each tenant that will be financially responsible on the lease will need to pay a fee of $40 to apply to rent a home. This process will initiate a credit check & criminal background check, so please wait to apply until you are certain there is a home that meets your needs and you speak to a leasing agent.
Are your rental homes pet-friendly?
All of our homes are pet-friendly. We allow up to 3 pets in a home. If you have 1 pet there is a $350 non-refundable fee and $35 pet rent added to your rent each month. If you have 2 pets there is a $500 non-refundable fee and $70 pet rent added to your rent each month. If you have 3 pets there is a $750 non-refundable fee and $105 added to your rent each month.
